During her studies, she played key roles in two musical theater productions: "Je suis une créature émotionnelle" directed by Olivier Berthiaume and "Je te vois" directed by Renaud Paradis.
In addition to being a multidisciplinary artist, Zaya is an accomplished cheerleading athlete (stunts and tumbling). She won the World Cheerleading Championship in 2019 and is a member of the Montreal Alouettes Cheerleaders in 2022. Her diverse stage experiences inspired her to become the actress she is today.
